• with at least 2 years experience in Training and Development

• salary range: Php 25,000 and up

Inbound Customer Service Agents

• must be proficient/ fluent in English Communication if with no IB/ call center experience
• must be willing to work days or nights
• good communication skills required for those who have at least 6 months IB/ call center experience
• willing to work in Ortigas or Mandaluyong
• salary range:  Php 14,000 (entry level) to Php 18,000 (experienced)
• has completed at least 2 years of college/ post-secondary education

Outbound Sales Agents

• good communication skills and assertiveness required
• must be willing to work days or nights
• background in sales a plus
• willing to work in Ortigas or Mandaluyong
• salary range:  Php 14,000 (entry level) to Php 18,000 (experienced)
• has completed at least 2 years of college/ post-secondary education

 IT Specialists

• Bachelor's Degree (IT/ IT related course)
• with at least 2 years work experience (IT field) and knowledge in networks, servers, troubleshooting, etc.
  

• Bilingual/ Multilingual Agents (Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Portuguese)
• Operations Managers
• HR/ Recruitment Managers
